According to IVAO Regulation T.2 - GCA, the Oceanic Division participates in the GCA program.
Any user who is not a member of the Oceanic Region Division and would like to control in the divison must first apply for their GCA, which is issued by the Oceanic Region Training Department and the Division HQ.

Requirements

1. No Suspension within the last 6 months
2. Maximum of 4 GCAs in other divisions
3. ATC Rating ADC or higher
4. Joined the IVAO Oceanic Region Discord
5. Registered with IVAO account on the Oceanic Region website (effective: 20th April 26 - 00:00 UTC)

Request GCA

If you meet the above requirements, you can request your GCA by either sending an email to xo-training@ivao.aero,  by using the XO Training Center or writing a message to the training department using the contact form. You will then be contacted by us.

Maintaining the GCA

1. At least 6 hours as an active ATC within 3 months
2. No Suspension
3. No violation of IVAO R&R
4. For all GCA users it's necessary to always staff the highest ATC position which can be stafffed with their ATC rating (ADC = APP / APC = APP and lower CTR / ACC = CTR). The only exceptions to this rule are events and special approval by XO-TD/HQ.
